Mrs. Tracey Gross is grateful to join the excellent staff, students, and community at Dover Air Force Base Middle School! Before coming to DABM, she was an administrator, teacher leader, and English teacher at Caesar Rodney High School for 23 years. She obtained her secondary English teaching degree at The College of New Jersey and her Master's in School Leadership at Wilmington University. Mrs. Gross resides in Magnolia with her husband, Philip Gross. Dr. and Mrs. Gross are the proud parents of two Caesar Rodney graduates - Tyler, the class of 2017, is a medical resident at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. Erin, the class of 2023, is in her junior year at Christopher Newport University.
